Kirk Cameron on CNN goes blah! blah! blah!

Kirk Cameron came on CNN at Piers Morgan Tonight and blah’ed about his view of same-sex marriage.

Those who didn’t know who he is, or had forgotten about him, he was the teen actor in ‘Growing Pains‘ and now a self proclaimed born again Christian. Surprise! Surprise!

By the way…when I hear about ‘born again Christians’, I feel the church is recycling their old patrons as no new ones are coming through their doors.

So this refurbished Christian tells Piers Morgan that ‘marriage is defined by God‘ ( I wish I had the hotline no. so that I could talk to HIM too) and the usual that homosexuality is’ unnatural’ and ‘destructive’ to mankind.

In his words on same-sex marriage, “Marriage is almost as old as dirt, and it was defined in the garden between Adam and Eve. One man, one woman for life till death do you part. So I would never attempt to try to redefine marriage. And I don’t think anyone else should either. So do I support the idea of gay marriage? No, I don’t.”

When Piers asked what he will do if one of his 6 kids comes up to him and says that he is gay, Cameron said he will not tell him that its ok with him as long as he is happy but will have a heart to heart talk and try to explain to him how wrong it is. But I am personally more curious what he will do AFTER the heart to heart talk doesn’t acquire the desired result? Exorcism? Ex-gay therapy? Or disowning? Paving the path of another suicide or giving the society another mentally disturbed, self hating young adult?

His general take on homosexuality, “I think that it’s – it’s – it’s unnatural. I think that it’s – it’s detrimental, and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization.”

Why is this twat still on tv?

I had forgotten how annoying Michele Bachmann‘s voice was. Everytime I see her, she makes my skin crawl.

But gotta admit, Piers Morgan brings back these assholes and rips them apart. Love him for that.

CNN smokes out a witch Linda Harvey before Halloween

CNN called out Linda Harvey of Mission America for her statements in her radio talk show where she asks parents not to allow LGBT medical service professionals to treat their kids. Why? Because being in such close quarters with them might turn their kids gay.

http://equalitymatters.org/emtv/201110260009

If being in close contact with gays turns kids gay, I wonder how being surrounded all my life by heterosexuals, never having a single gay friend ever in my life, I turned out gay?

Below is the full monologue of her that CNN was referring to.

Savage’s challenge to Cain…brilliant!!! Hypocrite media not so happy

Dear Herman,

If being gay is a choice, show us the proof. Choose it. Choose to be gay yourself. Show America how that’s done, Herman, show us how a man can choose to be gay. Suck my dick, Herman. Name the time and the place and I’ll bring my dick and a camera crew and you can suck me off and win the argument.

Very sincerely yours,

Dan Savage

I think its brilliant what Savage said. Although even to prove a point I would not touch Cain even with a 1000 ft pole let alone let him suck me off. If Savage is ready to let Cain do that to him, he is a way better person than I am, thats for sure. Not to mention it addresses Caines claim spot on. You can choose to be gay, then choose it for 10 mins and go and suck some guy off. Then you can go back to being straight.

And the media is ablaze about how it is crass and unthoughtful of Savage to say something like this for publicity stunt. Publicity stunt??? Really???

Savage further argues and is spot on again:

And then I’ll say this: when someone argues that being gay is a choice, he’s not just insulting gay people. (And ignoring the science of sexual orientation.) He’s insulting straight people. If homosexuality is a choice, then so is heterosexuality. Last night on CNN Herman Cain said that being straight is something that a straight person can take or leave. Herman Cain believes that heterosexuality is something a heterosexual can decide to walk away from, like a underwater house or a lousy meal. Straight people should get angry when they hear a straight person making this argument.

How true is that?

And as for him talking about the angry fuck of Michele Bachmann, She deserves worse than that. I loved Savage for that joke. Michele should be the butt of every joke for the next 5 years. Like Kathy Griffin said, Michele’s nelly self-loathing husband is her new target. And wishing a bunch of republican’s dead… hell I pray everyday that they would drop dead, all of them…Santoram, Cain, Bachmann, Perry each and everyone of them and I think a lot of others do too and if Savage just voiced what we all just think, he atleast has the balls to do so. I have no sympathy for anti-gay people. So for me, they can fall off the face of this earth anytime.

I wish there were more like Savage and less and none at all like the GOProud idiots. If LGBT community should be ashamed of someone, that should be GOProud. They make us look bad. Not Dan Savage.

I don’t know why I have a soft spot for Dan Savage. I think its because he thinks and speaks the same way as I do. The more he makes these type of comments, the more I love him. No apology, no regret, just what is true.

From Michale Bachmann, to Ann Coulter to Herman Cain, GOProud has backed up each and every one of these anti-gay politicians. Whereas Dan doesn’t sway with his support towards who looks good in the presidential campaign. To him someone who is anti-gay, is just that…anti-gay. His target stays the same irrespective of their political power. I love that of Savage. If the whole world turns against Savage, he should know there is one person who would always support him.

BREAKING: No deportation of bi-national couples unless they are a security threat

On Auguest 18th, the Obama administration has announced, all deportation cases of foreign nationals would be stalled unless the individual is a security threat to the country, or repeat immigration law violaters. This includes bi-national same-sex couples too.

The policy was introduced by Janet Nepolitano, Homeland Security Secretary to the Senate leader Harry Reid. The full letter can be viewed here.

As a result of this new policy, hopefully the danger of deportation that was looming on Anthony John Makk who is of Australian nationality and married to Bradford Wells, might just disappear. The couples predicament was covered by CNN and a detail of the interview can be found here.

A more detailed analysis of the proposed policy has been covered by Gay City News. Here is the link to their blog post.

Same-sex bi-national legally married couples, previously were not recognized by the administration on the basis of Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). This is going to change as per this new policy, which is a huge relief.

So Much Hatred……!!!!!

I had a very clear idea what I am going to talk about in my blogs, but to start my first one, I needed a push. I might add, a big push. And this came from the below news that left me speechless.

http://www.lgbtqnation.com/2010/10/arkansas-school-board-official-posts-anti-gay-tirade-on-facebook-page/

What Mr. McCance wrote on facebook, if we are to believe that he meant every word of it, to me its the mindset of a murderer. Someone who has no qualms about people being killed or committing suicide or says, would enjoy a mass human destruction, is that much close to being a killer himself.

Every killer justifies their doing, no matter how bizarre they might seem to others. Mr. Clint McCance has a very strong reason…his hatred towards homosexuals.

He went on to apologize on CNN later and said how sorry he was.  Did he apologize because of the stink it caused, or does he really mean it.

What I think? He doesn’t mean a single word of the apology. What he wrote on facebook is what he believes and thinks is right and should happen. Over night, his entire belief cannot change. He is the same person. He would still have the same hatred embedded inside him. Only difference? He would be more careful, where he vents his anger, hatred next time.

If you have seen his interview with Anderson Cooper, you must have noticed that he repeatedly said, he had chosen the wrong WORDS.  So his concern was the choice of words and not the message he conveyed through them. That means, if he had chosen less hateful words, less stronger words, he would not have offered an apology. His entire apology was for all the wrong reasons. He never figured it out that it was not the choice of words but the message that was the point of discussion.

There are hundreds and thousands of McCances out there, who are not stupid like him to publicly slander us. In silence, they are hoping and praying that we should all die.

But the good thing is…… we are here to stay. They can pray and wish and hope all they want. We were always there, we will always be there. If they can’t deal with it…too bad.
